Very comfortable. Room separation between pullout sofa and double bedroom. Pullout was a sectional. We had a playpen, but ended up using the chaise part of the sectional as the toddlers' bed. Worked wonderfully. Very nice breakfast that wasn't crowded with people or empty of food. Pool really close to the elevator, very convenient. Just outside hubbub of downtown, but close enough to only drive for a few minutes and park, and right next to the freeway for easy commute to other attractions. Could probably have even bussed it downtown without inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Wifi was a bit spotty, but sufficient. Very pleasant stay. Front facade under construction during part of the stay, hence the condition rating. Pullout was very thin, springs not so comfy, but otherwise very comfortable room. The kids were comfy, so worked for us.
