My favorite place to visit in the Ozark Mountains is Silver Dollar City<\/a><\/span>. It is a theme park, yes. But it is so much more than that.\u00a0 It has a hometown feel to it, that no other theme park offers.\u00a0 It serves home-cooked meals and has breathtaking views. You will find friendly staff, safe rides, and a clean environment. I have never been to a theme park quite like Silver Dollar City.\u00a0 It is fun for all ages. *Remember this park is in the mountains, so it can be quite hilly walking around.\u00a0 However, there are plenty of places to rest. Truly, a family fun experience is waiting for you at Silver Dollar City.<\/p>\n

Tip: Silver dollar city Campground Cabins & RVs offer cabins that sleep six. Amenities<\/span><\/a> include a playground, free wi-fi, and free park shuttle.<\/p>\n

2. Marvel Cave<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This one goes along with Silver Dollar City since it is located near the entrance.\u00a0 However, Marvel Cave is an experience like no other.\u00a0 You can bring toddlers\/babies with you, but the ground is sloped and slippery, and it does get pitch black at times. That being said, I have brought babies and toddlers with me and we all made it out safe and sound.\u00a0 It was tiring, but amazing.\u00a0 Getting to explore a real cave with your family is a fascinating experience not everyone gets to enjoy.\u00a0 This cave is included with your Silver Dollar City ticket, so that saves you some money, which you can use to purchase funnel cake or ice cream!<\/p>\n

3. Silver Dollar City’s White Water<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you are visiting Branson, MO between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and want a place to cool off, head over to White Water<\/span><\/a>. White Water is a waterpark owned by Silver Dollar City (you can purchase combined tickets with Silver Dollar City for a discount). It has a lazy river, wave pool, splash pads, and waterslides. No matter what kind of water fun you are looking for, they have it at White Water.\u00a0 Cool off and get waterlogged at this fun waterpark.<\/p>\n

4. Dolly Parton’s Stampede<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you or someone in your family loves horses, live shows, and food, then Dolly Parton’s Stampede<\/a><\/span> is the place for you! You will be seated in a huge arena, and eat a delicious filling meal while you watch an amazing live-action horse show. It\u2019s fun for the whole family, and there is not a bad seat in the house. So don\u2019t feel like you have to splurge on premium seats in order to enjoy the show.\u00a0 We brought our family ages 2-adults and we all had a blast.\u00a0 My son (12) still talks about how delicious the food was and how much fun he had at this event.\u00a0 It is well worth the price of the ticket for such a unique and exciting experience.<\/p>\n

5. Sight and Sound Theatre<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you love live shows this is one of the best live show productions around.\u00a0 From the acting to the animals, the set designs, and the singing, you will be blown away by the entire performance. There are a variety of productions shown at this theater throughout the year. Currently, they are performing Samson<\/span><\/a>. It is truly an unforgettable experience. If you want to enhance your outdoor theater experience, you may also purchase a behind the scenes tour. This performance will be an unforgettable experience for the whole family!<\/p>\n
