We paid only $69 + tax for this room, the best value I found on our 9-day trip west. Although there were only 2 full beds in the room we chose, cribs were available. We brought our own Pak 'n' Play. The room was reasonably clean and updated, although not as immaculate or new looking as a higher-priced hotel may have been. The single rooms are motel style; the suites are indoors facing a lobby. The breakfast was better than we had anywhere else, including a couple of Marriotts. The main drawback was the lack of a fridge. We will definitely look at this chain of motels/suites in the future.
