Rooms- We booked a 3 bed suite. This very large room had a bedroom with one king bed and the main room had 2 Queens and a pullout sofa full sized. It was quite large with plenty of drawer space and floor space for suitcases. The room had one bathroom with plenty of towels. They gave only one small container of shampoo/conditioner so bring your own. There was a flat screen TV in each room. There was a mini fridge in the room but no microwave. Also a small coffee pot with single coffee packs. Wifi was free and very good. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were extremely clean and it was super quiet. Parking was plentiful and free.
Hotel- This is a 100% smoke free hotel, two stories. Staff was friendly. There is a large pool area with a nice sized pool with comfortable temperature of water. Kids enjoyed this both nights we were there. There are some tables and chairs present and pool towels at the front desk. There is a fitness room I did not check out as well as a few arcade type games.
Breakfast- this hotel offers a nice free continental breakfast buffet each morning from 7-10am. It is in a very nice sized room. All tables seat 4 but we had no problems pushing a couple together or finding a spot either morning. I noticed several high chairs. The buffet was quite good and offered bread and English muffins, eggs, sausage, danishes, 3 waffle machines, fruit, yogurt, 3 kinds of cereal, juices, coffee and tea. Food was constantly replenished. Great value to fill up our family!
Location -this hotel is not within walking distance of the falls so you do have to drive and park downtown or at Niagara state park to see the attractions. It is about 7 miles or a 10-15 min drive, very easy, to get there or to the rainbow bridge to cross into Canada. It is less than a mile from the Niagara Falls airport and 18 miles from the Buffalo airport where we flew in. Because we were further out there were many nearby dining locations . The fashion outlet mall is also only a mile from here!
Overall this was a great place to stay with free parking which is a rarity closer to the Falls and I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.
