This was an average hotel. It was clean, it had 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper and a laundry room with 1 washer and 1 dryer that worked on smaller loads. You need to buy (for $1) the soap sold in the vending machine for this front load washer.
The pool was clean but was apparantly also rented to a local toddler swim teacher who brought about 12 kids in while we were there and took over the shallow end of the pool.
The front desk clerk did not know about any restaurants in the area but Applebees was across the parking lot and we had a decent meal there for an average price.
The flat screen HD tvs had not make it into the "family" room yet despite the advertising on the hotel marquee. The tv was old but had several kid friendly stations available.
The breakfast was good with the hot waffle maker, cereals, fruit, yogurts etc..breakfast room was well attended to.
Overall it was a nice, comfortable experience for my husband and I and our 4 kids..13,11,9 and 4 .
