Hotel Details
Launched in 2018, the Norwegian Bliss is the newest Norwegian cruise liner, and better than ever before. The Bliss is a 4,004 passenger cruise liner sailing to Alaska and the Caribbean. The ship travels on 5, 7, 8, 12, and 15 night journeys.
Kids can swim the day away in on of the two main pools complete with six hot tubs. The Aqua park features two water slides and a kids splash area with buckets, water cannons, and (you guessed it) more water slides. The newest and most exciting addition to the Norwegian line is the 1,000 foot long Go Kart track which features 3 speeds for drivers of all experience levels.
Kids will also love the open air, space station themed laser tag course. As with most Norwegian cruise liners, the kids and teens clubs, Splash Academy and Entourage respectively, are a huge hit. The kids clubs set up activities, games, and other fun events for youngsters. The teen club features video games, dance parties, and event nights.
For parents and older passengers, the Bliss has plenty for your vacation as well. Theater fans will enjoy the Broadway inspired productions and music in the Ship's theater. Daily fun activities are present all over the ship including morning trivia, movies, sports competitions, and pool side contests. The 20,000 square foot observation lounge is also great for relaxing and enjoying ocean views. For those who are able to stay up later, the Bliss offers a variety of spots to enjoy long after sunset. For parents, group babysitting is available on board for those in need of alone time.
Each ship has a variety of fun activities for the whole family, so be sure to check your ship before you cruise to view what's available. Whether you're 8 or 80, there's no reason not to have fun on your getaway at sea; before breaking off into everyone's activities, enjoy some time together by planning to meet for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
This is the time to make memories and nothing could be more memorable than setting up a shore excursion for the whole family. Plan your shore excursions ahead of time for the best chance at booking your top selections.
*Please note it is often cheaper to book two staterooms or two connecting cabins instead of one large stateroom suite - plus it gives you a second bathroom.*
